Community mental health & wellbeing support
Assists with stress relief, post-traumatic stress (PTS) and trauma care, mental and behavioural health, experience of hot flushes, sleep disturbance, relaxation, and harm reduction support
1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month
Arrive between 6.30 - 7.30pm. 7.30 is still OK to come
Plan to stay for 1hr
Come solo or with friends and family
Suggested donation ($10-$30). Pay what you can / Pay it forward to sustain these sessions. No-one turned away for lack of funds!
No-needle options available using adhesive beads as acupressure

Weekly NADA ear acupuncture or no-needle acupressure delivered in group settings on Sundays @ Genki Centre Glebe. Pay what you can - Pay it forward with $30 to sustain these sessions.
The NADA protocol is most commonly used to assist people negotiating symptoms associated with substance use dependency, withdrawal, PTSD, emotional & spiritual trauma, mental & behavioural health struggles, the global pandemic, disasters & chronic stress.
